Role Description The Senior Front End Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining user-facing features of the HexBau platform. This full-time remote role involves building responsive, accessible interfaces, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and back-end developers, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience across web applications. Day-to-day tasks include translating UI/UX designs into performant code, optimizing front-end performance, integrating APIs, and improving the overall frontend architecture. The person in this role will also participate in code reviews, mentor other developers, contribute to technical documentation, and help define best practices and standards for the front-end stack.
Qualifications

• Strong Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design skills, with experience building modern, user-friendly web interfaces.
• Solid Web Development and Software Development experience, including familiarity with common frameworks, tooling, and version control.
• Understanding of Back-End Web Development concepts to effectively integrate APIs and collaborate with back-end teams.
• Proficiency in core front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and one or more modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular).
• Experience with performance optimization, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage priorities, and communicate clearly with distributed teams.
• Prior experience in SaaS products or platforms for industrial, construction, or EHS contexts is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
