What You Ll Be Doing

• Author complex benchmark tasks based on UI screenshots, design specifications, and component diagrams
• Evaluate model outputs for visual document understanding and instruction-following accuracy
• Create objective rubrics and clear ground-truth outputs for assessment tasks
• Develop realistic front-end engineering scenarios for benchmarking purposes
• Review and validate task quality to ensure consistency and accuracy
  
  

What We Re Looking For

• Strong experience in Front-End Engineering
• Strong experience in interpreting UI screenshots, design specifications, and component diagrams
• Strong experience in visual document understanding workflows
• Ability to create structured evaluation criteria and objective rubrics
• Strong written communication and analytical skills
