Opportunity Overview

Our client is building a digital recruitment platform that empowers hiring teams to encode their workflows into an ever-evolving digital recruiter. They are on a mission to make job hunting take days rather than weeks, eliminating candidate ghosting and equipping recruiters with tools to scale human judgement. Role Description

You'll join the engineering team building and extending the core recruitment platform, working across complex screening workflows and conversation engine enhancements. You'll design AI-driven automated workflows triggered by candidate input and system events, while building scalable systems that support high-throughput data management. Partnering closely with product and business teams, you'll translate requirements into technical solutions and develop responsive, high-quality interfaces using React. Robust testing practices will underpin everything you ship.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Feature Development - Design and build features for the recruitment platform, including screening workflows.
• AI Workflow Automation - Leverage AI services to build automated workflows triggered by candidate and system events.
• Scalable Systems - Build and maintain scalable systems supporting complex workflows and high-throughput data management.
• Cross-Functional Partnership - Work with product and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Frontend Development - Develop responsive, high-quality user interfaces using React and related tooling.
• Testing and Reliability - Implement comprehensive unit and integration tests to maintain code reliability and stability.

Minimum Qualifications

• AWS Experience - Hands-on experience with AWS services including AppSync, Lambda, and Amplify.
• Backend Proficiency - Strong command of Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6) for API development.
• React Mastery - Advanced React skills with tooling such as Material UI, Recoil, Jest, and Playwright.
• Testing Discipline - Proven unit and integration testing skills with a focus on code quality.
• CI/CD Experience - Demonstrable experience building, maintaining, and improving CI/CD pipelines.
• Systems Architecture - Ability to architect scalable systems that support complex business requirements.

Bonus Qualifications

• DynamoDB Knowledge - Hands-on experience working with DynamoDB within a production environment.
