About The Role
As a Full-Stack Web Developer on the Automation & Infrastructure team, you’ll design and build custom tools that streamline workflows and address practical business needs. Working closely with project managers, operations teams and internal partners, you’ll understand requirements and turn them into useful, data-driven applications. You’ll contribute throughout the development lifecycle, from planning and implementation to deployment, monitoring and support. This role is suited to a collaborative developer who enjoys solving problems, building reliable applications and improving how teams work. The base salary range is $62,250–$103,750. Compensation within this range may depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location and applicable employment laws; the range may change.
Qualifications
You’ll bring a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, and at least two years of full-stack web development experience. You should have strong TypeScript skills and experience with a modern frontend framework such as Angular, React or Vue, alongside Node.js and backend frameworks such as Express or NestJS. You’ll also have experience building data-driven web applications, integrating APIs and developing intuitive interfaces with modern libraries and custom components.
Additional qualifications include familiarity with RESTful API development, Git-based collaboration, relational databases and SQL, such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, and development or deployment in Linux environments. Strong troubleshooting, communication and organization skills are important, as is the ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate effectively across teams. Experience with Docker, scripting languages such as Bash, Python or PHP, containerized deployments, CI/CD, or AI/ML services is an advantage. We value developers who consider performance, scalability and maintainability and who are motivated to build tools that improve workflows and user experience.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain responsive web applications using TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks. Develop secure, well-structured RESTful APIs with Node.js and frameworks such as Express or NestJS. Deliver end-to-end solutions that are reliable, maintainable and aligned with business priorities. Write clean, performant code that follows established development practices, and contribute to code collaboration through Git and team workflows. Participate in deployment, system monitoring and ongoing application support. Work with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, troubleshoot issues and deliver practical solutions. Identify opportunities to integrate AI or machine learning services where they can improve efficiency or the user experience.
