We are looking for a skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer – Frontend Focus & AI-Assisted Development to join the TestArchitect Development Team and play a key role in enhancing and maintaining our cutting-edge software testing tool, TestArchitect. TestArchitect (https://testarchitect.com/ ) is a test automation platform with two main product lines:

• TA On-premise: An installer-based product that users download and install locally. It supports testing across multiple platforms, including Web, Desktop Applications, Mobile Applications, and APIs.
• TA Cloud (SaaS): A cloud-based product developed over the past year, offered as a subscription-based SaaS platform, integrated with AI functions and modern technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Utilize AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, refactoring, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to frontend technical decisions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following industry best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, accessibility, and user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Stay current with emerging frontend technologies, AI development tools, and engineering best practices.

Requirement

Experience with Python, Golang, Java Spring Boot or other backend technologies.

5+ years of professional experience in frontend software development.

Strong proficiency in:

• TypeScript
• React.js
• Next.js
• Tailwind CSS
• RESTful APIs

Solid understanding of:

• Design patterns
• Data structures and algorithms
• Software architecture principles
• Clean Code and SOLID principles

Experience writing:

• Unit tests
• Integration tests
• Mocking and test automation
• Strong experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

AI Development Experience (Highly Preferred)

• Practical experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, Windsurf, or similar tools.
• Ability to use prompt engineering techniques to improve development efficiency.
• Experience using AI for:

+ Code generation

+ Refactoring

+ Test case generation

+ Documentation

+ Debugging

+ Understanding of AI concepts including:

+ Large Language Models (LLMs)

+ Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

+ AI Agents

Nice to Have

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) and Microservices Architecture.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, InfluxDB, or Grafana Cloud.
