Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior/Intern Web Developer role, fully remote. The person in this role will assist in developing and maintaining web applications, working on both front-end interfaces and back-end functionality under the guidance of senior developers. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, efficient code, implementing design mockups, testing and debugging features, and contributing to integration tasks between platforms. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional team members, participating in code reviews, and learning best practices in web development and automation. This position is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to grow their skills in a fast-evolving AI and digital solutions environment.

Qualifications

• Foundational skills in Front-End Development and Web Design, including basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Introductory experience in Back-End Web Development and Programming, with exposure to at least one server-side language or framework.
• General understanding of Web Development principles, including responsive design, performance optimization, and version control (e.g., Git).
• Ability to learn quickly, follow technical guidance, and collaborate in a structured development workflow.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to writing maintainable code.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Relevant coursework, bootcamp training, or personal projects in software or web development; a degree in Computer Science or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Interest in AI, automation, and digital tools for the construction or engineering sectors is a plus.
