ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer (React/Java Spring) to join a growing technology team developing enterprise-grade software solutions for large-scale projects across the public and private sectors.

What you will be doing:

As a Senior Full Stack Developer (React / Java Spring), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern web applications across both the front-end and back-end layers. Working closely with Product Owners, Architects, DevOps Engineers, and fellow Developers, you will deliver scalable, secure, high-performing enterprise solutions that support critical business operations.

What you will be doing:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive and user-friendly web applications using React and Java Spring Boot.
• Build and optimize scalable RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Develop reusable front-end components and ensure a seamless user experience across platforms and devices.
• Design and implement microservices architectures to support business growth and system scalability.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to translate business requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
• Integrate front-end applications with backend services and third-party systems.
• Design, maintain, and optimize relational databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using modern security standards.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following software engineering best practices.
• Develop and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively optimize system reliability and user experience.
• Contribute to technical documentation and support the evolution of development standards and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of professional experience in Full Stack Software Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong experience developing modern front-end applications using React.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of state management solutions such as Redux, Context API, or similar.
• Experience working with relational databases and query optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Good understanding of Git-based version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks for both front-end and back-end development.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and application security best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within Agile development environments.

Experience with any of the following technologies will be considered a strong advantage:

• TypeScript, Next.js, RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, or other event-streaming platforms
• Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, or similar observability tools
• Terraform, CloudFormation, or other Infrastructure-as-Code solutions
• Event-Driven Architecture patterns
• OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, and modern identity management solutions
• React Testing Library, Jest, Cypress, or Playwright
• Micro-Frontends architecture
