Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field
- Proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework such as React, Vue.js, or Angular
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience working with high-scale distributed systems and cloud-native application development
- Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
- Experience with front-end performance optimization tools and techniques
- Proficiency with build tools such as Webpack and package management systems
- Collaborate with product teams and UI/UX designers to develop engaging and interactive user experiences that enhance usability and functionality
- Create effective user experience workflows and interactions, ensuring responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility
- Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues in partnership with back-end developers, analyzing logs and code to identify root causes and implementing timely fixes
- Optimize front-end performance through techniques such as code splitting, lazy loading, and resource compression, continuously monitoring metrics for improvements
- Integrate AI-powered features such as chat interfaces, copilots, and conversational AI, leveraging AI/ML APIs and streaming inference responses
