Responsibilities
- Lead the technical delivery of projects across a high-performing development team, ensuring timely and quality outputs.
- Contribute to the overall solution design, system architecture, and domain modeling to ensure scalable and efficient systems.
- Build proof-of-concept prototypes and spike complex or uncertain areas of work to validate approaches.
- Break down requirements into manageable epics and user stories, collaborating closely with product and initiative managers.
