Full-Stack Engineer

AI Agents for Real Estate | £75,000–£110,000 + Equity |

London (5 days a week in-office)

I am teamed up with an AI driven scale up who are building the AI agent layer for one of the world's most fragmented, inefficient industries. Backed by Entrepreneurs First and top-tier VCs with over $5.5M raised, they're live with estate agencies across the UK and building early traction in the US. The team is small (CTO + 4 Engineers), the pace is fast, and this hire will help shape the technical foundation of the company/ product.

Property still runs on spreadsheets, missed calls, and manual processes that haven't changed in decades. They're replacing that with autonomous AI workers that handle tenant engagement, viewing bookings, maintenance coordination, and landlord communications (across voice, WhatsApp, SMS, and email without human intervention)(24 hours a day)

The role

• You'll work across their stack (Backend, frontend, infrastructure, deployment) and work on their core product (with more in the pipeline)
• You'll support on architectural decisions, ship features from concept to production and work directly alongside a likeminded team on building a great product
• The systems you'll work across include a Python/FastAPI backend orchestrating our agents, LLM pipelines and RAG infrastructure, real-time telephony and voice (STT/TTS), messaging integrations, CRM and property management APIs, and a Next.js/TypeScript frontend used by operators and customers in production.

What they need

• Python, FastAPI
• TypeScript/JavaScript, Next.js/React
• PostgreSQL and Redis
• GCP or AWS in production.
• Solid educational background

A Plus

• Experience building products from 0 to 1 at an early-stage startup
• Hands-on LLM work in production (orchestration frameworks, vector databases, evals)
• System design ownership
• Portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end delivery.

What you'll get

£75,000–£110,000 base salary + meaningful equity at a very early stage start-up

This is an in-office role, five days a week in London. You should be comfortable with that before applying.
