About The Role

EverCommerce is seeking a talented Web Developer II to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing marketing websites across our diverse SaaS product portfolio. You will take ownership of end-to-end web projects, including CMS configuration, front-end development, performance optimization, and quality assurance. Collaborating closely with Marketing, SEO, and Design teams, you will ensure that our websites are not only visually appealing but also highly functional, fast, and conversion-focused. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web development principles, a passion for creating engaging user experiences, and the ability to work independently within a cross-functional team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in web development, particularly within marketing or SaaS environments.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Experience with CMS platforms, especially WordPress, Drupal, or similar content management systems.
• Strong understanding of website performance optimization, SEO best practices, and accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Develop, customize, and maintain marketing websites across multiple domains and products.
• Configure and optimize CMS platforms to ensure seamless content management and deployment.
• Implement front-end features, ensuring responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
• Monitor website performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and execute performance enhancements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, SEO, and Design teams to align web initiatives with business goals and branding standards.
• Conduct regular QA testing to identify and resolve bugs or usability issues.
• Maintain documentation of web projects, configurations, and best practices.
