Senior Full-Stack Developer - CRM & Client Investment Portal

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to build a custom CRM and secure client-facing investment portfolio platform for a real-estate investment company.

The platform will have two connected environments:

1. Internal CRM - used by our sales, operations and management teams to manage leads, clients, properties, transactions, documents and ongoing client relationships.
2. Client Portal - a secure web application where clients can log in and view their real-estate portfolio, properties, documents, financial information, updates and other relevant investment data.

This is intended to become a core business platform, so we are looking for someone who can think beyond simply writing code and take ownership of the technical architecture, scalability, security and long-term maintainability of the system.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop the full platform from architecture through production.
• Build the backend, database, APIs and frontend.
• Develop a secure authentication and authorization system.
• Implement role-based permissions for administrators, salespeople, managers and clients.
• Build the internal CRM and client-facing portal.
• Design the database structure for clients, properties, units, transactions, documents, payments and relationships between them.
• Build dashboards and reporting functionality.
• Implement document storage and secure document access.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs where required.
• Build an architecture that can scale as the number of clients, properties and transactions grows.
• Implement proper logging, monitoring, backups and security practices.
• Write clean, maintainable and documented code.
• Test and debug the application.
• Deploy and maintain the production environment.
• Work directly with the business owner to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Technical Requirements
