Role Description

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. The successful candidate will work across both front-end and back-end technologies to build end-to-end solutions that support business objectives and deliver exceptional user experiences.

The Full Stack Developer will collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and software developers throughout the software development lifecycle to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain modern applications. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications and enterprise systems.
• Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern front-end technologies.
• Develop secure, scalable, and high-performance back-end services, APIs, and microservices.
• Design, optimize, and maintain relational and NoSQL databases.
• Collaborate with product, UX/UI, QA, and engineering teams to define technical solutions.
• Participate in system architecture, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across the technology stack.
• Develop automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Maintain technical documentation and development standards.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to development practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience with back-end development, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, containerization, DevOps practices, and CI/CD.
• Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and secure coding principles.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with Git and Agile software development methodologies.
• Professional certifications related to cloud or software development are an advantage.
