I'm partnered with a fast-growing Insur-tech startup on a mission to modernise commercial insurance. Instead of relying on outdated workflows, phone calls and PDFs, they're building the software infrastructure that powers the next generation of insurance brokers.

Founded by experienced fintech entrepreneurs with a proven track record of building and scaling successful technology businesses, the company has already reached profitability and is growing rapidly. With a small, high-calibre engineering team, every engineer has a genuine impact on the product and the business.

They're now looking for a Software Engineer to help build the next generation of their platform.

🧠 What you'll work on

• Building product features across the backend and frontend using modern technologies
• Developing systems that power quoting, pricing and broker workflows
• Working directly with customers and product to ship features end-to-end
• Building APIs, internal tooling and highly scalable platform services
• Using AI throughout the engineering workflow to move faster and deliver better software
• Helping shape the engineering culture in a fast-moving startup environment

🛠️ Tech Stack - C# / .NET, React, TypeScript, Azure, AI development (Claude Code)

🧩 What we're looking for

• Strong commercial experience building production software
• Full Stack experience, although backend or frontend specialists are welcome
• Experience with modern web technologies such as .NET, React or TypeScript
• Product-minded engineers who enjoy owning features from idea through to production
• Comfortable working autonomously in a startup environment with plenty of ownership
• Someone excited by shipping code quickly rather than operating within large corporate processes
• Experience using AI tooling as part of your engineering workflow is a big plus
