We build AI employees that call, text, and email leads and book appointments better than most humans do. Our agents call our clients prospects in under 60 seconds, qualify them, handle objections, book the meeting, and update their CRM. That is the work that used to take a room full of sales reps, now all done by SayVo.

We are hiring our first developer to help build these AI employees and make them bulletproof.

You will build the product and own how it gets delivered to real clients. This is a ground-floor seat on a small team, not a cog in a big machine. You will write real code, ship it fast, see clients use it within weeks, and work shoulder to shoulder with the founder the whole way.

𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗜𝗦 𝗙𝗢𝗥

You are early in your career, maybe your first or second real role, and you are a builder at heart. You have made things: side projects, scrappy tools, an app you shipped for fun, something you taught yourself because you could not leave it alone.

You do not wait to be told what to do next. You want to go all in on one company, learn fast, and grow into a leader as we grow.

🛠️ 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗪𝗜𝗟𝗟 𝗢𝗪𝗡

• Build the product: real features, shipped and improved fast, along with custom apps from scratch
• Build and deploy the AI agents: live calls, lead qualifying, and booked meetings that land straight in the client CRM
• Wire it all together: connect agents to CRMs like GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, and Bonzo using n8n, webhooks, and APIs, plus the telephony and compliance layer (Twilio, A2P/10DLC)
• Write the prompts and scripts that make the AI sound like a sharp human rep, not a bot
• Debug the messy stuff: malformed JSON, broken webhooks, failed field mappings, the reasons a lead does not get called
• Onboard new clients: get them live, pull what you need from them, and explain technical things in plain English
• Wear the other hats a small startup needs: a bit of marketing, a bit of customer support, whatever moves us forward that week

When an agent breaks, a real client loses money that day because calls get missed. You will treat that like it matters, because it does.

• You want to go all in on one company, ready to work hard, and put in hours even when nobody's watching
• You can build. You write code and you have shipped real things.
• You figure things out on your own: read the doc, trace why something broke, and fix it without hand holding
• You are obsessive about detail. You double-check the field mapping because you know exactly what breaks if you do not.
• You get how people think, and you can make an AI conversation feel natural and persuasive
• You can hop on a client call and explain something clearly and with confidence
• You want to get great fast, and you are coachable. Feedback makes you sharper, not defensive.
• You are in the US or Canada, can work overlapping hours, and you show up when a launch needs you

You have never touched Twilio, CRMs, or voice AI before. If you can build and you learn fast, we will teach you the rest. We care more about what you can make than where you went to school.

• You have built AI voice agents before (Vapi, Retell, Bland, or similar)
• You have done real sales, or you know the mortgage and lending world (our clients)
• You have written prompts for conversational or sales AI
• You have started your own business, side hustle, or project with real users
• You are comfortable wearing marketing and support hats where roles stay fluid
