About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team. Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools are essential. Candidates should also demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude towards sourcing and engaging potential candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to identify the best fit for each role.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline by building relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
