We are looking for a strong execution-focused Developer to join our product development team.

This role is mainly backend-focused, but the candidate should have enough full-stack understanding to work smoothly with frontend teams, API consumers, admin interfaces, and production-level application flows.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain backend APIs and services
• Design and implement database models, migrations, and service logic
• Work on authentication, authorization, and role-based access control
• Develop secure and reliable API endpoints
• Handle background jobs, webhooks, queues, and scheduled tasks where required
• Implement logging, validation, error handling, and audit-friendly workflows
• Coordinate with frontend engineers for smooth API integration
• Follow existing architecture, coding standards, and review process
• Test backend work properly before submitting for review

Required skills:

• Strong backend development experience
• Good knowledge of Node.js/NestJS or Python/FastAPI
• Good understanding of REST API design
• Strong PostgreSQL or relational database knowledge
• Experience with authentication and authorization
• Understanding of multi-user or multi-tenant application logic
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable backend code
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub and pull request workflow
• Ability to debug, test, and document work clearly
• Strong communication and ownership mindset

Good to have:

• Experience with SaaS platforms, admin panels, or internal tools
• Experience with background jobs, queues, or event-driven workflows
• Experience with webhooks and third-party integrations
• Basic frontend/API integration understanding
• Docker or deployment workflow knowledge
• Basic cloud infrastructure understanding
• Understanding of security, access control, and audit logging

Experience:

Minimum 2+ Years of practical backend/Fullstack development experience preferred

Strong project portfolio or real product experience will be valued more than degree alone
