Qualifications
- Recent graduate or early-career engineer with 0–2 years of professional experience
- Strong fundamentals in full-stack development
- Proficiency with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Graphite, or similar
- Eagerness to explore and push the boundaries of AI-assisted development
- Ability to work across the entire technology stack and address diverse technical challenges
- Exceptional attention to detail and deep user empathy in UX and API design
- Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for engaging directly with customers
- Based in the San Francisco Bay Area or willing to relocate with Orb’s support
- Own the full development lifecycle of features and improvements, ensuring delivery of value to customers
- Utilize AI coding tools to design, build, and iterate rapidly on product features
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, design, sales, and customer success to align on strategy and execution
- Contribute to the technical architecture and foundational components of Orb’s core product
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into product development
- Maintain high standards of code quality, reliability, and scalability
- Continuously learn and adapt new technologies and methodologies to improve product development processes
