Role Description The Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain back-end services and infrastructure that support secure identity and data integrity solutions. This full-time remote role includes implementing new features, optimizing system performance, and ensuring reliability and scalability of software components. Day-to-day responsibilities involve writing clean, well-tested code, participating in code reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, security, and operations. The Software Engineer will help troubleshoot production issues, contribute to architectural decisions, and continuously improve development processes and tooling.
Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and systems fundamentals
  • Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience delivering production-quality applications
  • Hands-on experience with Back-End Web Development, building APIs and services at scale
  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience with secure coding practices and an interest in identity, security, or data integrity domains
  • Familiarity with modern development tools and workflows (version control, CI/CD, automated testing)
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
