Qualification needed :

1. Minimum 3-8+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Engineer or equivalent role.

2. Strong proficiency in Node.js and NestJS framework

3. Deep expertise in React and Next.js with experience in state management (Redux, Zustand), SSR/SSG, and frontend architecture.

4. Advanced knowledge of SQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB), including query optimization and data modeling.

5. Extensive experience with microservice architecture, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and distributed systems.

6. Proven experience with Redis caching strategies, including distributed caching and cache invalidation patterns.

7. Strong understanding of RESTful API design, GraphQL, and API security best practices (OAuth, JWT).

8. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).

9. Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and lead technical initiatives.

10. Experience in banking, financial services, or loyalty/rewards systems is highly preferred.

11. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
