Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and driven Laravel Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, scaling, and maintaining robust web applications from conception to deployment.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in modern PHP/Laravel development on the back end, combined with solid proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (such as Vue.js or React) on the front end. You will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using PHP, Laravel, and modern front-end technologies.
• Back-End Engineering: Build secure, efficient, and maintainable server-side logic, custom middleware, and RESTful APIs.
• Front-End Integration: Translate UI/UX wireframes and designs into responsive, highly interactive, and user-friendly web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and [Vue.js / React / Alpine.js].
• Database Management: Design, optimize, and manage relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) using Laravel’s Eloquent ORM.
• Performance & Security: Optimize application performance, scalability, and security compliance, ensuring protection against web vulnerabilities.
• Testing & Debugging: Write clean, testable code, implement unit/feature tests (PHPUnit), and troubleshoot or debug application bottlenecks.
• Version Control & Collaboration: Utilize Git for code management, perform code reviews, and collaborate seamlessly via Agile/Scrum workflows.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: [3+] years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or Laravel Developer.
• Back-End Core: Expert-level knowledge of PHP 8.x and the Laravel framework (MVC architecture, routing, Eloquent ORM, queues, scheduling).
• Front-End Core: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap).
• JS Frameworks: Hands-on experience with at least one modern front-end framework like Vue.js (preferred with Laravel/Inertia.js), React, or Alpine.js.
• API Development: Proven experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Database Skills: Strong SQL knowledge and experience managing relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Tools & Workflow: Proficiency with Git, Composer, NPM/Vite, and basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, and strong cross-functional communication skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Livewire or Inertia.js.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerization.
• Experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure or server management tools.
• Understanding of automated testing (PHPUnit, Dusk, Jest).
