About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist. This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity and excellence of our products through rigorous testing, inspection, and process audits. The Quality Assurance Specialist will collaborate closely with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure that all products meet specified standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of quality management systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, ASTM, and other relevant industry certifications.
  • Proficiency in using quality management tools and software, including statistical analysis and inspection techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures and documentation to support manufacturing processes.
  • Identify, document, and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
  • Collaborate with production teams to optimize processes, reduce defects, and improve overall product quality.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory and industry standards.
  • Train and mentor team members on quality standards, inspection techniques, and best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in the development and review of product specifications and quality metrics.
