Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.

- Proficiency in using quality management tools and software, including statistical analysis and inspection techniques.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Conduct thorough inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures and documentation to support manufacturing processes.
- Identify, document, and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize processes, reduce defects, and improve overall product quality.
- Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory and industry standards.
- Train and mentor team members on quality standards, inspection techniques, and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for continuous improvement.
- Assist in the development and review of product specifications and quality metrics.
