Responsibilities
- Design and build intelligent software solutions leveraging AI to enhance speed, reliability, and automation.
- Experiment with LLMs, agentic workflows, and AI-native features.
- Collaborate with partner engineering teams on white-labeled, co-branded solutions.
- Design, enhance, and construct new/existing features using performant, scalable, secure, documented, maintainable code.
- Build and maintain 3rd party integrations using APIs and/or data mapping.
- Quickly produce well-organized, optimized, and documented code.
- Communicate effectively with business, technical teams, and leaders.
- Own technical solutions and work with limited direction.
- Participate in agile ceremonies.
- Serve as an expert resource and mentor engineers on good development practices.
- Be driven to be part of a high-performing team with collective code ownership.
- Be driven by producing market-defining products quickly and with high quality.
Requirements (What Great Looks Like)
- Strong experience leveraging AI-assisted coding tools (Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar).
- Proven success building AI-native or AI-augmented products from concept to launch.
- Experience working with external partners on mutually beneficial solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field/experience.
- 3-5 years relevant programming experience.
- Strong knowledge of OOP and reusable coding practices.
- Experience with serverless environments, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
- Full-stack expertise in multiple tiers of modern web applications.
- Experience using unit testing, integration testing, code documentation, and logging.
- Understanding of scrum, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and DevOps.
