The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality web applications in an agile environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficient and scalable solutions. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components of web applications Build user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript frameworks Develop scalable and maintainable backend services Participate in Sprint activities, including planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and QA to deliver high-quality features Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner Requirements 5+ years of experience in software development Strong experience in both front-end and back-end development (Full-Stack) Proficient in React and related frontend technologies Familiar with Spring (Java) or similar backend frameworks Solid understanding of software engineering principles and system design Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening) Nice to Have Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, Azure, etc.)
