The Role

We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to help us solve one of the music industry's biggest structural problems: liquidity. You'll work on systems that move real money safely, at the intersection of financial data, time-series data, and regulated infrastructure.

You'll work closely with our developers, product, and design teams to build the most usable, efficient, and value-carrying features for our customers and internal teams — owning significant parts of the product end to end, from backend architecture to customer-facing experience.

Looking ahead, we're exploring how blockchain and tokenisation fit into our infrastructure roadmap. This isn't a blockchain-specialist role today, but curiosity about the space and a willingness to grow into it over time will be a real asset as the platform evolves.

What You'll Work On

● Portfolio Builder — a feature that lets users auto-invest according to their own strategy

● Recurring SEPA top-ups — enabling customers to keep investing without manual intervention

● Core trading and settlement infrastructure handling real financial transactions

● Internal tools that make complex financial and time-series data simple to reason about

Our Stack

● Backend: Node.js, PostgreSQL, typed APIs (TypeScript), idempotent transaction design

● Infrastructure: AWS (ECS/Lambda, RDS), CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code

● Practices: code review, automated testing, incremental delivery, documentation as a first-class deliverable

We're continuously evaluating our stack — you'll have a real voice in evolving it.

What We're Looking For

● 5+ years of experience as a full-stack or backend-leaning engineer, ideally with Node.js and PostgreSQL (or equivalent typed-language / relational-database experience)

● A track record of owning features end to end — from backend design to the customer-facing experience — in a production environment

● Comfort working with financial or time-series data, and a rigorous approach to correctness where real money is involved

● Strong fundamentals in API design, data modelling, and writing maintainable, well-documented code

● Ability to get productive quickly in an existing codebase, and to help bring new joiners up to speed

● A proactive mindset — comfortable questioning decisions and proposing improvements in a fast-moving, competitive market

● Fluent in English

Nice to Have

● Experience in payments, fintech, or another regulated environment

● Hands-on AWS operations experience

● Frontend experience (React or similar) alongside backend work

● Interest in financial markets, investing, or the music industry

● Curiosity about blockchain and tokenisation — no prior on-chain experience required, just genuine interest in learning as our roadmap evolves
