Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate Full Stack Engineer with 6–8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in both front-end and back-end development, DevOps experience, and a proven track record of building production-grade applications.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to develop, and deploy quickly features on mobile applications for user tests.
• Take full ownership of the development lifecycle, from planning to execution.
• Design and implement highly responsive user interfaces.
• Develop robust, secure, and scalable backend systems.
• Architect, design, and optimize databases for performance and reliability.
• Integrate, and manage third-party APIs and develop RESTful services to facilitate seamless data exchange between systems.
• Ensure application performance, security, and reliability through code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• Optimize front-end and back-end application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
• Proactively troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications, identifying and implementing long-term solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following best practices and design patterns.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• 6–8 years of hands-on full stack development experience in production environments.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and at least one major framework (React or Angular preferred).
• Strong back-end engineering experience with Node.js, Java, or Python.
• Solid database management skills across MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB, including query optimisation and schema design.
• Hands-on DevOps experience: CI/CD pipeline design (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or equivalent), containerisation with Docker, and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Cloud platform experience on AWS, GCP, or Azure, including infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or equivalent is a plus).
• Proficiency with Git and experience working within agile development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills; able to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
• Prior experience in a fintech, payments, or regulated financial services environment is a plus
• Exposure to observability tooling (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or equivalent) is an advantage.
