The Role

• Develop and scale core APIs and services for trust and safety platforms
• Design and implement intuitive web interfaces for non-technical stakeholders
• Model data for strict auditability, versioning, and efficient querying
• Translate global regulatory requirements into engineering constraints and audit trails
• Contribute to a significant part of the platform's detection, enforcement, and compliance surfaces
  
  

What You'll Need

• Strong production experience building high-scale services using Java, Kotlin, or Go
• Hands-on experience building clean, intuitive internal tooling using React and TypeScript
• Deep understanding of API design, backward compatibility, and data modeling for complex systems
• Experience working with data pipelines and understanding of real-time vs. batch processing trade-offs
• An eye for usability, making complex workflows simple and foolproof for non-technical users
• Ability to handle a 70% Backend / 30% Frontend split, comfortable with schema evolution and frontend state management
