About the Role

Bin Al Sheikh Real Estate is looking for a creative and experienced Web Designer & Mobile App Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern websites and mobile applications that enhance our digital presence and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and mobile applications (Android & iOS).
• Create modern, user-friendly UI/UX designs.
• Develop and maintain WordPress and custom web applications.
• Build front-end solutions using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, React, or Vue.js.
• Develop back-end applications using PHP, Laravel, Node.js, or similar frameworks.
• Integrate APIs, CRM systems, payment gateways, and third-party services.
• Optimize website performance, SEO, security, and mobile responsiveness.
• Manage hosting, domains, SSL certificates, backups, and website maintenance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and IT teams on digital initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in web and mobile application development.
• Strong portfolio of websites and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, PHP, Laravel, React.js/Vue.js, Flutter/React Native, MySQL, and WordPress.
• Experience with REST APIs, Git/GitHub, UI/UX design, SEO, and Google Analytics.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Experience in the Real Estate industry will be a strong advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI-powered web solutions.
• Knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop.
• Familiarity with Firebase, CRM, and ERP integrations.
