Our digital projects are varied: website development, APIs development, systems integration, internal/external products development, R&D and more — many of them built for luxury hospitality brands where visual craft and interaction design matter as much as functionality.

Role Description

We're looking for a Mid or Senior Web Developer whose main strength is creative front-end development — someone who can turn a design into a memorable, interactive experience, not just implement a layout. Back-end and integration skills are a real advantage, but what matters most is that you're an excellent front-end developer from day one, especially on creative, brand-driven projects.

Our offices are located in Sant'Antonino (Switzerland) and Lisbon (Portugal); we're looking for someone based near one of these locations to make occasional in-person meetings and onboarding easier.

Requirements — Must have:

• Excellent front-end development skills, with a strong creative sensibility — animations, micro-interactions, motion design, pixel-perfect implementation
• Experience with tools/libraries such as GSAP, Three.js/WebGL, Framer Motion, Lottie, or equivalent — or a strong track record of building similarly rich interactive experiences
• A portfolio or examples of past creative/front-end work you're proud of
• Comfortable turning Figma/design files into polished, high-fidelity front-end builds
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Familiarity with using AI tools to speed up daily work

Requirements — Nice to have:

• Back-end development skills and experience (.NET 8+)
• Experience with API integration and/or development (REST, Open Graph)
• Experience with Sabre SynXis or Opera Cloud (OHIP)
• Experience in the travel, hospitality, or communication agency space
• Familiarity with database technologies
• Experience with Azure, GitHub, Cloudflare
• Experience with Umbraco CMS
• Italian or Portuguese knowledge is a plus
