Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience shipping production-grade software
- Strong knowledge of front-end web development technologies
- Expertise in JavaScript, React, Redux, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience building and maintaining frontend component libraries
- Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests
- Experience leading end-to-end software projects in an agile environment
- Hands-on experience with cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience with SaaS product development and long-term maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Collaborate with design and product teams to develop functional and engaging user experiences
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement them effectively
- Build and enhance frontend layers for new features and products
- Maintain and improve existing frontend component libraries
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration processes
- Lead technical projects, providing guidance and mentorship to team members
