c Health Network
Cymru and oversee delivery of the networkâs development plan. The network, whi
ch is hosted by the Wider Determinants of Health Unit, aims to inform, fa
cilitate and
create
conne
ctions for professionals from a range of se
ctors in order to improve population health and well-being and redu
ce health inequalities.
You will also support delivery of other elements of the Unit workplan, in
cluding work to improve health equity by addressing worklessness of publi
c health
con
cern.

- Contribute to the development and delivery of projects to understand and influence wider determinants of health at an All Wales level
- Undertake the monitoring and contribute to evaluation of action which aims to improve population health and reduce health inequalities
- Monitor the delivery of project plans and actions relevant to sections of the Public Health Wales Long Term Strategy.
- Contribute to the development of interventions that are co-produced with key stakeholders including the public
- Lead on the dissemination of knowledge and evidence relating to the wider determinants of health
