Role Description The AI Full Stack Developer is a full-time role based in Kathmandu with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some tasks to be completed from home. The person in this role will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications that integrate AI and data-driven features. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and optimizing front-end interfaces, implementing secure and scalable back-end services, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. The AI Full Stack Developer will also integrate APIs, work with databases, ensure responsive design, and participate in code reviews and testing. Documentation, performance tuning, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams (including training and placement units) are part of the regular workflow.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills for building and maintaining end-to-end web solutions.
• Candidates should possess solid Front-End Development skills, including proficiency with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), for creating responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills for designing APIs, managing databases, and implementing scalable, secure server-side logic.
• Experience with AI/ML integration, such as working with LLM, RAG, AI frameworks, APIs, or data pipelines, is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Node.js, React or similar) is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, clean coding practices, and familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) are expected.
• Running or Completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders, and collaborate in diverse, cross-functional teams.
