About The Role
We are looking for a Junior MERN Stack Developer to join our development team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building scalable web applications, learning modern development practices, and working with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
You will assist in developing, testing, and maintaining applications while collaborating with senior developers and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow into a full-stack developer role.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the MERN stack
✅ Collaborate with senior developers to implement new features and fix bugs
✅ Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices
✅ Work with RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
✅ Support database management, queries, and optimization using MongoDB
✅ Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality output
✅ Stay updated with modern JavaScript frameworks and development tools
Qualifications & Skills
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred)
💻 0–2 years of experience in web development (internships or projects count)
⚡ Hands-on knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js
🌐 Understanding of REST APIs and web services integration
🛠️ Familiarity with Git/GitHub version control
🔧 Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+)
🤝 Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
🚀 Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
