Job Title: Software Developer - Oracle FCCS
Duration: 6-Month Contract with Possible Extension
Location: Remote
Travel Requirement: 4-5 days/month to McLean, VA (Travel expenses covered by the company)
Pay rate: $80-$110/hr. on W2
 
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle FCCS Developer to support the design, development, testing, and deployment of Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) solutions. This is a highly technical role with approximately 90% focus on hands-on FCCS development and implementation.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience building enterprise FCCS solutions, supporting financial consolidation processes, integrations, and automation while collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders.
 
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Software Developer or similar technical role.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• 3-5+ years of relevant Oracle FCCS/EPM Cloud development experience.

 
Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality FCCS solutions based on business requirements.
• Build and enhance Oracle FCCS applications, including configuration, calculations, integrations, and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform application testing and quality assurance activities.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
• Stay current with emerging Oracle EPM technologies and industry trends.

 
Oracle FCCS Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS), including designing and developing FCCS solutions across 4+ implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in financial consolidation processes, including:
  • Currency translation
  • Intercompany eliminations
  • Consolidation rules and processes
• Experience designing and developing Cash Flow solutions and underlying roll-forward calculations within FCCS.
• Hands-on experience with advanced FCCS capabilities, including:
  • Ownership Management
  • Minority Interest
  • Equity Pick-up
• Experience with FCCS Data Exchange/Data Integration across 2+ projects.
• Oracle FCCS Certification is preferred.
• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, accountability, and strong collaboration skills in a client-focused environment.
