We are looking for a highlyself-sufficient Full-Stack SoftwareEngineer who can take ownership of solutions end-to-end. This role goes beyond implementing tickets: you will design, structure, and evolve software systems, making sound architectural decisions with minimal supervision.

You will work closely with industrial controls related software, specifically in areas related to Advanced Process Control (APC), control performance monitoring, and control-loop tuning.

We expect you to operate efficiently at the intersection of deep technical craft and modern AI-assisted development. You will design and own significant parts of our systems, collaborate across teams, and help shape how we use AI tools effectively and responsibly.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable software architectures
• Take features from concept→ design → implementation → deployment
• Make architectural and technicaldecisions independently, justifying trade-offs
• Work across the full stack (backend,frontend, data, integrations)
• Identify technicaldebt and loose ends, proactively propose improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into solid technical solutions
• Review code and mentor other developers when needed

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• This role requires strong autonomy and architectural maturity
• M Sc in Software Engineering or equivalent
• 8+ years demonstrated real world related experience
• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer
• Excellent understanding of software architecture

VALUABLE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience with Javascript frameworks such as React
• Blazor Experience would be beneficial
• Knowledge on web REST or gRPC APIs designand implementation would be beneficial
• Object orientedlanguages like C#
• ANSI C programming would be beneficial
• Microsoft .NET technologies / .NET Frameworkand .NET Core
• Database technologies such as SQL, Oracle or MongoDB
• Experience in .NET application containerization (Linux) and basic container orchestration
• Experience with mobile development including native, hybrid and web is helpful
