About The Role

You will work across the full technology stack, utilizing your expertise in JavaScript, React, and Golang to build robust solutions that meet our clients’ needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both frontend and backend development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software in an agile environment. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5-7 years of professional software engineering experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of full-stack development. A strong proficiency in JavaScript, particularly Vanilla JavaScript, is essential, along with hands-on experience in React for building interactive user interfaces. Candidates should have solid Golang development skills or the ability to quickly adapt to Golang if they have prior experience in similar languages. A robust understanding of SQL and relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server is required, along with experience working with search technologies like Elasticsearch. Familiarity with microservices architecture, Kubernetes, and distributed systems is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams are also necessary for success in this role.

Responsibilities
- Develop full-stack applications using JavaScript, React, and Golang.
- Design, build, and optimize APIs, microservices, and integrations.
- Work with relational databases and search technologies, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and Elasticsearch.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability and performance.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and Engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Support production releases, platform modernization, and technical debt reduction.
- Contribute technical recommendations and improvements to development processes and tooling.
