Role Description The Junior Full Stack Web Developer will work in a remote, full-time capacity, contributing to the development and maintenance of web applications across both front-end and back-end components. Daily responsibilities include implementing user interfaces, writing and testing server-side logic, integrating APIs, and collaborating with senior developers to refine features and resolve technical issues. The role also involves troubleshooting bugs, optimizing performance, and ensuring responsive, accessible design practices. The developer will participate in code reviews, follow established development workflows, and support documentation and deployment processes.

Qualifications

• Front-End Development skills, including experience with HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
• Back-End Web Development skills, including basic server-side programming and working with APIs or databases.
• Understanding of Software Development principles, such as version control, testing, and debugging.
• Foundational Full-Stack Development skills, with the ability to work across both client-side and server-side components.
• Ability to learn quickly, follow coding standards, and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with modern frameworks, cloud platforms, or DevOps practices is a plus.

Pay range

$40,000 - $55,000 MXN
