Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to support the development of internal and client-facing HR technology solutions, with strong experience in building ATS , HRIS , and ERP systems. This is an on-site, full-time role, ideal for experienced developers who can independently deliver scalable and efficient systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications, covering both frontend and backend.
• Build and customize ATS, HRIS, and ERP modules to support core business operations.
• Architect relational-style data structures for systems involving multiple interconnected entities (e.g., employees, departments, roles, applications, workflows).
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and scalable backend architecture.
• Build and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) systems to manage permissions across different user types (e.g., admin, HR, employee, applicant).
• Develop approval workflows and business logic (e.g., leave requests, application status changes, hiring pipelines).
• Build reporting and analytics features (e.g., payroll summaries, applicant pipeline reports, attendance tracking).
• Develop responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces.
• Work with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL as required by the project.
• Ensure system performance, security, and scalability across all applications.
• Collaborate with the team to define technical requirements and deliver project milestones.
• Debug, test, and optimize applications for reliability and performance

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong experience in ATS, HRIS, or ERP system development
• Proficiency in frontend development using React
• Strong backend development skills using Node.js
• Experience with database design and management
• Solid understanding of system architecture and SaaS platforms
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of features from design through deployment.

Preferred Attributes:

• Prior experience specifically in HR-tech, recruitment-tech, or enterprise business systems.
