Seeking a developer to design and build a secure, user-friendly web application using Streamlit and Python for managing talent planning data.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Developing a web app with role-based access control and secure authentication.
• Integrating with Snowflake for data reading and writing, ensuring performance and security.
• Enabling export of individual employee data in accessible formats.
• Collaborating with HR, data engineering, and IT teams to define requirements.
• Creating reusable components and maintaining documentation for scalability.
• Ensuring app reliability through automated testing, monitoring, and logging.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with Streamlit, Python, and SQL.
• Expertise in Snowflake architecture, query optimization, and security.
• Proven experience developing secure web applications with authentication and audit logging.
• Familiarity with HR data or sensitive employee information is preferred.
