Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Software Engineer role based in Amman. The Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain software solutions that support ERP integration, process automation, and e-commerce operations. Responsibilities include implementing back-end services and APIs, writing clean and maintainable code, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and optimizing system performance. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, contributing to technical design and architecture, and participating in code reviews and testing to ensure high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience building production-grade applications.
• Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and integration with third-party systems.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and their application in modern software design.
• Experience with relevant programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, C#, Python, Node.js, or similar).
• Familiarity with ERP systems, system integration, or e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and document code and system behavior clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
