The Role

• Design, build, test, and maintain scalable backend systems, services, and APIs for bank initiatives
• Deliver high-quality software in partnership with senior engineers on medium-to-large projects
• Translate business, operational, and regulatory requirements into reliable, maintainable software
• Improve system reliability, observability, and operational excellence across backend services
• Participate in technical design discussions and grow engineering depth and technical ownership
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Finance, Operations, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality software
  
  

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 2+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience building production backend or full-stack software systems
• Experience working with APIs, backend services, or web applications
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Kotlin, Python, Go, or similar
• Strong engineering fundamentals around software design, testing, debugging, and operational ownership
