In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing top-tier technology talent across various sectors including software development, cybersecurity, data science, and more. Qualifications

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools is preferred. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of this role include sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks. Building and maintaining a talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies. Conducting thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Collaborating closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, job specifications, and organizational culture. Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the ATS. Providing market insights and advice to clients on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability. Participating in business development activities to expand the company's client base and strengthen existing relationships. Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and representing Henderson Scott professionally at all times.
