About the Role

The organization is seeking a Full Stack Developer, Lead to design, develop, integrate, and support enterprise applications and healthcare technology solutions. This is a hands-on technical leadership position for an experienced software engineer with a strong background in Microsoft technologies, full-stack development, cloud services, database engineering, and system integrations.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand requirements, deliver software enhancements, support implementations, and resolve complex production issues. Alongside development responsibilities, you'll contribute to architecture and technical planning, mentor other engineers, and help maintain secure, scalable, and reliable applications. The role also includes Level III production support and participation in an on-call rotation as required.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise web applications using Microsoft technologies and full-stack development frameworks.

•Build responsive, user-friendly applications using Angular and modern frontend technologies.

•Design, develop, and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and queries for high-volume transactional systems.

•Contribute to application architecture, technical design, and solution planning to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.

•Work with internal stakeholders and external clients to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver application enhancements.

•Support customer implementations, software deployments, production releases, and post-production activities.

•Provide technical guidance during client meetings, implementation discussions, and production issue resolution.

•Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, share technical knowledge, and promote software development best practices.

•Participate in Agile/Scrum activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning.

•Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git.

•Provide Level III production support for enterprise applications, APIs, integrations, and customer-facing platforms.

•Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective solutions.

•Maintain technical documentation, including API specifications, integration documentation, and operational procedures.

•Follow secure coding practices, organizational standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

•Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing platforms and development practices.

•Participate in an on-call production support rotation as required.

Required Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

•At least six years of full-stack software development experience.

•Experience developing enterprise web applications using Microsoft technologies.

•Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and supporting production enterprise applications.

•Strong proficiency in C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET, Web API, Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS4.

•Experience building and supporting integrations using REST, webhooks, JSON, XML, SFTP, and third-party APIs across CRM, ERP, healthcare, pharmacy, and customer-facing platforms.

•Experience designing and implementing scalable microservices, RESTful APIs, asynchronous messaging solutions, webhook integrations, and event-driven systems.

•Advanced Microsoft SQL Server development skills, including T-SQL, stored procedures, database design, and performance optimization.

•Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure App Services (Web Apps), Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and Azure DevOps.

•Experience with cloud-native application development.

•Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

•Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with technical teams, internal stakeholders, and external clients.

Preferred Qualifications / Requirements

•Experience with SSIS, SSRS, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and modern reporting platforms.

•Experience integrating CRM, pharmacy, ERP, and third-party healthcare systems using REST, JSON, XML, SFTP, and related technologies.

•Understanding of secure software development practices, authentication methods, and healthcare data privacy requirements; HIPAA knowledge is preferred.

•Demonstrated technical leadership through solution design, code reviews, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.

•Experience as a technical lead or project lead.

•Experience working directly with customers during implementations and production support.

•Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or other regulated industries.

Location & Work Arrangement

•Employment type: Full-time.

•Department: Information Technology.

•Work arrangement: Remote, with approximately 10% travel to operations centers.

•Travel locations include Louisville, Kentucky, and Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

•On-call production support participation is required as needed.
