About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Developer/Architect to join our dynamic technology team. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in
.NET development who are eager to grow their architectural thinking while actively contributing to the development of enterprise applications. The successful candidate will work closely with senior architects and developers to design, develop, and optimize scalable and efficient software solutions that support our business objectives. You will have the opportunity to participate in architectural discussions, implement best practices, and leverage emerging technologies to enhance system performance and reliability. This position offers a unique blend of hands-on development and strategic architectural planning, making it suitable for professionals looking to advance their careers in software architecture and enterprise development.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in
.NET development is required, with a solid understanding of
C# and the broader
.NET ecosystem. Candidates should have a basic understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns, along with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience working with RESTful APIs,
microservices architecture, and
cloud platforms such as
Azure is highly desirable. Familiarity with version control systems like
Git and
Azure DevOps, as well as CI/CD pipelines, is essential. Additionally, candidates should have a foundational knowledge of
security best practices in software development and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain .NET applications utilizing C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and various messaging technologies to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Assist in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures aligned with both business needs and technical standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to implement best practices in software design and development.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines and coding standards.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies, integrating innovative solutions to enhance system performance, scalability, and security.
- Support database design, optimization, and management efforts, particularly with SQL Server, Azure SQL, and CosmosDB.
- Contribute to comprehensive documentation of system architecture, code, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
