About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our dedicated team at Triage Partners, LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our proprietary software applications that support our operational needs. Your expertise will contribute to developing new features, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft technologies, including C#, ASP.NET MVC, and SQL Server, and will be comfortable working in an agile environment utilizing modern development tools and AI-assisted coding solutions. Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess between 3 to 5 years of experience in C# and .NET development, with at least 3 years specializing in ASP.NET MVC. A solid understanding of Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL and stored procedures, is essential. Experience with version control systems such as Git, as well as familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines, is required. Knowledge of Azure Cloud services, REST APIs, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude will be advantageous. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are vital to succeed in this role, along with a passion for writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining and enhancing our proprietary applications developed with C#, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET Blazor. You will develop new features based on business requirements, troubleshoot software defects, and identify performance issues to ensure optimal operation. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and the implementation of best practices. Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code is critical, as is utilizing AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity and code quality. Additionally, you will optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases and queries to ensure data integrity and performance. Staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends will be essential to continuously improve our software solutions.
