Role Description

The Full-Stack Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of web applications using React and Go. The role entails collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability, writing reusable code, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack development
• experience building production-ready applications using Golang (backend) and React (frontend) or comparable technologies
• familiarity with REST APIs, relational databases (PostgreSQL), and standard testing tools
• solid understanding of clean code principles and structured working methods
• proactive, solution-oriented communication and enjoyment of teamwork
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Agile methodology is a plus
• Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is beneficial

• This position is fully remote, but limited to candidates based in Germany who already possess the necessary visa or work permit and maintain a valid legal residence status.
