Role Description The Web Developer is a full-time remote role responsible for building, maintaining, and improving web applications and websites. Day-to-day tasks include developing responsive user interfaces, implementing server-side logic, integrating APIs, and ensuring site performance, security, and scalability. The role involves collaborating with designers, content creators, and other developers to translate requirements into functional, user-friendly digital experiences. The Web Developer will also troubleshoot issues, optimize code, participate in code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and standards.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Front-End Development and Web Design for creating responsive, accessible, and user-centered interfaces.
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Back-End Web Development and Programming for building secure, scalable, and efficient server-side components.
• Candidates should possess solid skills in overall Web Development for integrating front-end and back-end functionality, testing, and deployment.
• Familiarity with modern web technologies and frameworks (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one major framework or library) is beneficial.
• Experience with version control tools (such as Git), debugging, and performance optimization is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant education or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
