We are currently seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team and work with one of our major banking clients.

Hybrid: 2-3 days in office required

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance modern, user-friendly, responsive, and accessible web interfaces for enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain front-end applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, JSF, and related UI technologies.
• Create intuitive GUI/user interfaces with a strong focus on usability, user experience, consistency, and visual presentation.
• Ensure web applications comply with accessibility standards and best practices, including WCAG and AODA requirements.
• Develop responsive interfaces that provide a consistent user experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services using Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot.
• Design, develop, and support microservices-based applications.
• Utilize GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted coding tools to improve development productivity.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience demonstrating experience with both front-end and back-end application development.
• Strong hands-on experience in front-end web development and UI/GUI development.
• Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web UI development practices.
• Strong knowledge of web accessibility standards, particularly WCAG and/or AODA.
• Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Strong experience with Java, J2EE, JSP, and/or JSF.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
• Proven experience developing microservices.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git/GitHub.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional proficiency in Mandarin
• Experience with GitHub Copilot or other AI-powered developer tools.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes, is an advantage.
