An innovative organisation in the electronic infrastructure sector is looking for a CRM Software Developer. As an Inhouse Developer, you will support the technical development and maintenance of our customer engagement platform, focusing on sales and marketing insights. You will work closely with specialist departments and external partners to shape an international CRM landscape.

What You'll Be Doing

• Developing and maintaining customer engagement applications with a focus on sales and customer insight journeys.
• Implementing individual extensions, automations, and applications based on Dataverse and the Power Platform.
• Analysing requirements from sales, marketing, and other departments to derive technical solution concepts.
• Integrating CRM systems with adjacent enterprise solutions such as ERP, SharePoint, and BI tools.
• Supporting data migrations, interface developments, and continuous process optimisation.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable IT qualification.
• Experience in developing and adapting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or the Power Platform.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET and JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience with Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and integration via APIs or web services.
• Professional fluency in both German and English, with a structured and solution-oriented working style.
