What You'll Be Doing

• Build and deliver customer-facing insurance products across multiple product lines.
• Ship high-quality production features early in your tenure while taking real ownership of projects.
• Contribute to new product launches, partner integrations, and platform enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Commercial, and Data.
• Influence technical decisions and help shape the future direction of the engineering team.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on engineering fundamentals.
• Background in Computer Science or a STEM discipline with a strong academic record.
• Experience with or exposure to JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python.
• Interest in modern technologies such as AWS, Docker, SQL, and front-end development.
• Excellent communication skills and the legal authorization to work in the UK.
